Corporate Cultural Education

Build culturally respectful workplaces

At Wathaurong Booln Booln Cultural Centre, we work in partnership with organisations and businesses to deliver culturally safe, meaningful learning experiences that support Reconciliation and strengthen relationships with Aboriginal communities.

Our corporate Cultural Education programs are led by experienced Cultural Educators. Each session is grounded in lived experience, deep cultural knowledge, and a commitment to respectful engagement. Each session can be tailored to your organisation’s needs.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are the First Peoples of this country. Understanding our histories, cultures, and experiences is essential to creating inclusive, effective and culturally safe workplaces.

Wathaurong offers tailored sessions that promote genuine understanding, not just tick-box training.

  • Building awareness of Aboriginal cultural protocols, identity, and history
  • Understanding the impacts of colonisation and intergenerational trauma
  • Developing culturally safe practices in the workplace
  • Supporting your Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) commitments
  • Strengthening local partnerships and community impact
